Client focus

We consider client focus to be an important aspect of the care and therefore want to actively involve patients, visitors, and patient attendants in the development of new policy and improving our service provision. For instance, via the online MUMC+ patient panel, patients, visitors, and attendants can give their opinions on subjects relating to our care and service provision.

Via the Client Council, patients and former patients help us determine and decide on our policy and our service provision.
